Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipments and deliveries occur on Monday-Friday except Holidays. When experiencing high volume orders, please allow an extra 2-3 business days to process your order and expect a slight delay. We will communicate slight delays via the email that you provided upon ordering.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon successful completion/packaging of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via the email you provided upon checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Millions In Progress LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Millions In Progress LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Lost Packages

Please file a claim using the tracking number given upon shipping your package. Each package is insured up to $100 for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by the shipping carrier. Once your package leaves our office, it is the shipping carriers responsibility to deliver your item to you on-time and secure. Due to Covid-19, small delays may occur.
